Who We Are
Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frédéric Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
Here at the Madeleine, it is with pride, compassion, humility and respect for all, that we serve our community. Our greatest ministry is to the working poor, offering assistance with food, rent, utilities, prescriptions and unexpected bills that threaten the stability of family life. Our goal is to prevent homeless and offer a lifeline to those in need.
